Idling high

My 78 firebird is idling too high, around 1500.. How can I change it to idle lower? Thanks?

check all vacume lines if one is off or leaking it  will
cause high idle also

did the prob just start?  is it always high or just when cold...thats what the choke is for

vacuum leak, check throttle shaft wear, pcv, charcoal canister and egr systems for leaks
choke not coming off high idle possible
stuck primary piston in carb possible
