I wonder if it was painted by the same guy who painted that 75 in the show Rich Keller went to a couple of weeks back?  Same color...same care in masking off the bumpers...both cars in VA...  :-\ :-\

Looks like a decent project. IMO they look muuuuch better painted monotone instead of black. If I had a 74-75 I'd do the same thing! Only make it look a little nicer :P
