I need something for a daily driver. Anyone near me know of anything that I could drive away and keep my tools in the back of? Something like a large GM wagon or small SUV. I'd even settle for a minivan. Needs to be cheap as I'm on a check by check basis (at just about minimum wage) but I can't stand walking to work in below zero temps anymore. i have about $300 saved and can come up with about that much more.
There's a perfect one at the Chevy dealer around the corner. A late '80s Safari wagon with a 307. Just hit 100k and it's in really nice condition. But they want $3k for it. That's about 5 times what I can afford but something like this would be perefect.
