went to the shop to look at the a/c box I painted.   :P  LOOKED LIKE CRAP
I took the other one from the parts car and washed it real good and put it in my sand blast cabinet.


sand blasted


then washed it again with just water.  
then sprayed it with clear.   MUTCH BETTER  :D  ;)

lookin good
i used electricians putty, it was a tip from a guy at napa, and worked great to seal where the tube comes out of the box.  its sold in a brick at home depot, or other places

going to redo the first one, and sell it.   do some side work like Randy does. only with the a/c box.  I have 2 of them that are cracked , will see how they look fixed and finished.

lots of new parts makes for awesome dependability. good score on the heater core..i made sure i did that too before my dash went in. nothing like coolant on new carpet to sour your day

Looks like snowflakes to me. Same boxes mine came in. Plus that is what belongs on an SE clone ;)
