Tidewater Trans Am Club Fall 2009 Show
« on: September 26, 2009, 11:06:34 PM »
Went to our annual show this fall at Knuckleheads in Virginia Beach.  Was a great day, 71 degrees, overcast and beautiful F-body's.  Our show is an F-body show and we actually had one of every generation for both Firebird's and Camaro's.  It was a great show and was great seeing and talking with lots of people.  Enough talking, here are the cars...

The second car from the right was a trophy winner, this was Steve who drove all the way from North Carolina to be at the show.  Looks like the trip was worth it...

Another trophy winner of the day, very clean 2nd gen, congrats Brian...

This car was just down right beautiful, another trophy winner to boot...

Here's a Comp TA for you and ya, he won a trophy too...

This car was nice but the neat thing was that he had the K.I.T.T. lights in the front and a K.I.T.T. sound track playing.  Really cool, had to be there to appreciate it....

Here's Annette's ride...

Double mint....

And we all know W72transamowner (Bobby), here's his ride...

And some more cars...

Joe's Golden Oldie...

A real K.I.T.T. car but without all the Knight Rider stuff...

For those who like the new Camaro's...

Matt's ride, 1 of 400+ made, very nice car...

And last but not least, "Old School" made a showing too ...

All in all a great day for a show, thanks to all the TTAC members who made it happen, you guys rock!

Sorry the pictures didn't turn out as good as they usually do, very strange.  The camera usually takes great pics.  Anyway, there good enough for you to drool on your keyboard.

It's nice Virgil to just jump in and go now.  Anything happening your way so I have an excuse to drive down?  Actually, I'd need to get a hotel, that's a good six hour drive, definitely not a day trip.

Hello Everyone, My name is Brian.  The red 78 was my dad's car.  He passed away recently and I have sort of taken over all our flock of birds.  Sometime in 95 he went to a chevrolet dealer and saw that color on a corvette.  My dad has a paint man who mixed this color for him and added a little more pearl in the mix.  There is no metallic in the paint.  I will be glad to post some more pics of the red 78 if anyone wants them.

Sorry for your loss Brian.  By all means, post.  Start a new thread - we love to see pix and that car looked incredible.  You dad was gifted - like the red inlay on the gold snowflakes as well.
