79 special edition?

Looking at buying a 79 t/a thats suppose to be a special edition with a build sheet. Here are a few pics, any help would be great!

Wrong dash bezel and steering wheel. I would get a copy of the build sheet first, and check the vin against it. It looks like parts of the door jamb used to be gold. ( Bottom by front door opening on rocker, and the right side about 2 inches from the  top weatherstrip.)

I see that he also put a 77-78 header panel on the car. So if it is a "REAL" S/E, you may want to change that back, and put the correct wheels on it.

Ya he said he had the correct nose for it. Rebuilt motor and trans. He is asking 5k for it.

i would triple check the build sheet.  that is a lot of money for a TA in that condition with a 403, unless it truly is an SE.

I would never buy a car that has a blue alternator and power steering pump :o
