DOOR SPEAKERS

Does anyone have any advice on how to install door speakers? These are the ones I am going to install>>>>

Don't do it unless you wanna chop up your door panels and possibly hack your doors, otherwise take door panel off see if it'll fit then cut door panel accordingly

I dont mind cutting the door panels/ but I don't want to cut the door. I was just wondering if anyone has some pics of something they have.... I think door speakers look good if done right and anyways I am not driving a concourse T/A....LOL THe important thing is I won't to rock out to some Ted Nugent the right way......

Yeah they are in new condition, but I don't mind cutting them I just want to get it right.... I am buying new speakers and stereo and I really dont need an extra set of door panels laying around....lol

Yeah they are in new condition, but I don't mind cutting them I just want to get it right.... I am buying new speakers and stereo and I really dont need an extra set of door panels laying around....lol

Does your car have AC? I think Q-logic or somebody makes carbon kick panels that hold some pretty nice size spkrs. I'd strap a ghetto blaster to the roof before i'd butcher a door, door panel, console or package tray again. just saying!

just mount them under dash or something. You have to cut your door or have custom door panels made to house the speakers.

buy two 6x9 boxes with plenty of speaker wire and put them where ever you want them.  you can move them to front to back, put them on top the roof when parked, etc.  i had them in my mustang convertible behind my seats and they rocked, and it was cool to be able to move them around or remove them when needed.  costs was minimal.
