This post is in response to the many post I had seen lately about the Fairview North Carolina Company Build-A-Bandit. I can tell you from personal experience to stay away from them. It appears they are operating a car restoration Ponzi scheme. I have spoken with numerous customers who were promised cars in 10 months with upfront fees and have been waiting 2 years. The few I spoke with that received cars, sometime a year beyond when they were scheduled, have all kinds of problems . I myself have been victimized for a 78 build. According to other customers and former employees, they keep selling future builds to try and stay alive but remain on the slippery slope. Apparently they are title jumping and VIN switching as well.
