Getting parts around to swap 2 to 4 brl ,performer  and would like to put a cam /lifter kit  pref. comp cam. Also want to install recurve kit in dist. also would like to go  cloyes true roller chain and gears. Any one out there see a problem with this combo and have a suggestion on what # cam kit to use ????  I have a q/jet w/this also. just trying to bump up the H.P. not actually going to the track !!! Thanks

Yep!!! I left that part out  !!! It presently has a 350 2brl w/auto air and dual ex. from front to back ,flow masters .No headers.It actually sounds very good but still needs a few more h.p. I also put a 3.08 posi in for the 241 open . Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks

Unless it got swapped it should be a 350P w/ 6s-7's or 6x-4's on it- typically around 7.6:1. A Comp XE 262H works well w/ these low compression engines. A swap to a Holley 770 cfm Street Avenger on a Edelbrock performer will give you a very noticeable difference in throttle response. Upgrading to small primary tube headers like Hooker Comps will also help the engine breathe better.
