Managed to sort it all out. turned out to be the printed circuit board on the back. it had split and shorted out, thats way the temp gauge was reading max all the time. and it also messed with the oil pressure gauge. i fitted another circuit board and everything works perfect. the gauges where find in the first place and still work perfect.   thanks guys
