The Dash cap does NOT fit right up to the bezel. You will be able to see lines but depending on what color your dash is they may not be that noticable. If you DO get one, get one that is the correct grain pattern unlike the one I got from NPD. Heres a shot.....

hard to notice because it is black but it is cheaper then having your restored or a used replacement.

Wonder what happened to thse complete dash reproduction? Classic Ind., Ames, Performance Years, all of them were saying they would be available from OER over 2 years ago.

It's what we used to called "vaporware".  Promised, a couple of prototypes delivered, then apparently dead again.  Pete at fbodywarehouse has a little better visibility into the problem.

you would think since they mold the caps they could  just throw some foam and metal in it and have a dash :)

When going to Ebay, what do you type in?
Dashboard Cap
Dash Cap
Replacement Cap

I tried looking for one too, but none came up.  I even typed in the store search, Hair Cell and nothing comes up.  If anyone has a direct link or the http address..........please send it my way!

Here's a couple of youtube links from fbodywarehouse showing how to install the dash cap. I will be doing this myself in the spring, so these videos are a great help!
