I'm finally starting to restore my 79 T/A and i'm looking for upclose pics. in the engine bay to se how to put everything back together.

Try looking at some cars on ebay.  They usually give you pictures of the engine area.

Thats a sweet looking engine compartment.  There was someone in another section wanting to know if any one had seen a TA with a painted compartment like you have.

Hitman, I would appreciate it if you could post some more Pontiac engine compartment  pictures.  I am in the middle of working my engine compartment and I am always looking for new ideals.  Thanks.

Here is my progress so far.
New lifters, timing chain, water pump, fuel pump, alternator, gaskets (everything but the heads) painting etc.
I even lifted the front of the motor and pulled the oil pan.
I chose the Pontiac metallic blue because I like it better.  Thats just me.
I will post a before and after when I am done.
