Information on my car - RARE?

I recently purchased a 1979 Trans Am, which has several owners. Each person who bought it was told the same thing including me "Take care of her, shes a rare car". So i'm trying to find some answers. Its a 1979 Trans am T/A 6.6 400ci with a 4 speed transmission. Platinum silver exterior with deluxe carmine (red) vinyl interior, T-Tops, and rear defrost. No AC, or power windows. Possibly a ws6, it does have 4 wheel disk brakes but i'm not sure if their original. Anyone have one of these cars or information on it? I dont have the build sheet and its got me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RENOVATIONS:
The only thing rare is the 400/4spd..last year for that
