$5 sale- cleaning off another shelf

$5 each for the below listed items.  Shipping will be $5.25 each.  I'll combine shipping to save you shipping costs too.  Looking to make some space.  Located in west Ky 42082

If it matters on any of these: they came from a 1978 Marty Blue W72 4-speed car.

On the last item the heater door, do you have the little plastic switch that goes on the door mine is broken.
