Topic: Reduce size of pic

I figured out how to add pics to my posts.............but I'll always told I have to reduce the size of my pics to 192KB..........how do I do that?

If you are using photobucket, it can automatically resize the pictures for you when you upload them.
It won't ask you but you can change the size you want to make them when you upload
I think it works out to about 640 x 480 seems to be a good size for the forums

also if you go to www.tinypic.com you don't need to sign up or anything you just upload the photos and set it to like message board and then it gives you  a link you just copy and paste into the forum.
