1978 Gold Y88 For Sale
« on: March 06, 2007, 11:13:15 PM »
Hey Folks, Trying to get the word out for a friend. Y88 on the cowl tag (PHS stuff will be ordered 03-07-07) Numbers matching except for the heads as far as we know so far. Check out the pics and let me know if you have any interest. Not too sure of how many produced that year??? A few SE items look to be missing so the PHS will be ordered to validate... even tho it's stamped Y88 on the cowl tag.

He Said 3K. What do you think? Is that a fair asking price?

Yeah, I was thinking that 2-3 K should be inline. The motor has been rebuil but never fired, according to the previous owner. Completely re-installed and ready to run by the previous owner. Although I'd suggest pulling the engine and going through it again before firing it. Pulled the valve covers and everything underneath looks brand spanking new and spotless. Drained all the fluids and the motor turns by hand although will not spin via the starter. Wiring, starter, etc problem that we'll dive into later if it doesn't sell. I would have thought that a Y88 Special Edition car would have a little more interest?? Anyway, my buddy says Ebay on Sunday. Keep you're eye out for it.
