When at the Nats take time to see this...

For those of you that are getting into Dayton on Thursday and staying through Monday, please take about 4-5 hours and don't miss the Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright Patterson AFB.  It's free and open to the public from 9Am to 5PM.  My wife and I spent a day there yesterday and it is simply amazing.  Everything from a replica of the Wright Bros. first plane to a B2 bomber are on display.

Also, if you get there early, sign up for the shuttle bus to the presidential and research aircraft hanger display.  Well worth the hour it takes.  Everything from the XB70 Valkyrie supersonic bomber (only one left in existance) to the plane that carred JFK's body back to Washington from Dallas.

My wife is not into planes that much and she found the place totally amazing.

The museum is about 20 minutes away from the show grounds and since many of you are coming from great distances to make the show, this would make a perfect "add-on" for the trip.
