National Parts Depot
« on: March 05, 2009, 10:24:41 PM »
Is National Parts Depot any good to deal with for parts? They seem to have everything you can think of for your car but if the stuff is cra...um...crummy then I don't want to deal with them.

Agreed...my experiences with them have been good also.
I usually shop prices around to help make my decisions...NPD, Ames, PY, etc.

Can't speak to Canadian delivery, but my experience was 100% good.  Good stuff, good prices, great delivery, no complaints.

On a different subject, I DO wish you'd keep those damn geese on your side of the border, though -- nasty, obnoxious, obstinate, and filthy things... :P

The only 'problem' I've had with NPD was with an order that I placed late on a weekend evening.  Even though I called the number for the Michigan warehouse (it is the closest to me) the call was picked up by the Florida warehouse.  They said the order would ship from Michigan but it didn't - came from Florida so the usual ship time was more than doubled because of that.  Not a problem really as the car was still in the body shop at the time.

Michigan is also closest to me. If I really wanted to save time I could drive there in about 4-5 hours. I should probably do that...ROAD TRIP!!!
