I see pics cutoff  all the time.

You can adjust your resolution to a higher resolution to be able to see more of the larger photos. I have a 28" monitor set to 1920x1200 and sometimes people still post photos that are too larger for my screen.

I see it all , but I have a 32" monitor  set @    1366 by 768 pixels

if you dont save your pics to 800x600 or smaller the pics run off the page

can i change the setting i view this page in.

if your trying to view another members pics that are not 800x600 or smaller
it wont make any diffrence to you by changing your settings.

when you get a pic posted thats to big .  do you have a slide bar at the bottom of the pic?  I've had a few like that.
but mostly the pic runs into the right margin of the page,  where the sponsors are.
