I don't mind posting my start weight Heidi.... The day before I started, I was 186 lbs and a size 16. Took me ten months to get down to my goal of 125. Now I'm hovering anywhere around 117 - 120 and a size 4.

And thank you Heidi, I feel fabulous. ;D
