Now now -- there's no need to be harsh, guys!  We'll let it slide with the simple confiscation of his drink tickets at the Drury. :D ;)

Mike here from Abilene,TX (Dyess AFB). Signed in on some other forums, but I am here just as much. I bought an '81 T/A last month that's in pretty good shape. The PO took out the 301 and put in a 350. It runs pretty good when I can get her started. I have a few issues with the battery, alternator, etc. I will be slowly fixing her up with an interior change, paint, decals, engine swap, and other items. I am also rebuilding a '68 Chevy stepside from the ground up, so we'll see how far along I get on that. I love these birds, this is my third one. I have had two '79's in the past, last being a TATA. I regret selling both, so here I go again. I look forward to chatting with ya'll and gathering info, car shows, and all that good stuff.~~~~~Mike

Nice 81! What's your shift knob on your B&M Megashifter? Almost looks like a skull? If so, can you post a larger pic of it? 8) Oh yeah, Welcome!

Yeah, it's a skull. I took it out last week and replaced the whole thing with an original shifter. I thought it was cool too. I'll see if I can get another pic, it's sitting in the garage.
