Fuse Box wiring harness
« on: November 26, 2012, 09:10:53 PM »
Does anyone know where I can buy the wiring harness that connects to the back of the fusebox.  This is on a '78  Formula 400.

If you're talking the 2 part plug that bolts to the firewall inside the engine compartment, then you can buy new harnesses from M&H Wiring Harness. Ames, Classic Industries, etc all buy from them so cut the middle man out and go direct ;)

This is M&H...

http://wiringharness.com/PDFS/FIR_2012_Firebird.pdf

You'll need the forward light harness and the engine harness (based off the engine & accessories you have). Those are the two that snap together and then bolt to your fuse block from the engine compartment.

**This is just in case anyone else runs into this same issue.

Would you be open to some kind of trade involving the harness and maybe something else ?  I have an Edelbrock 1407 carb that was included with my car... and I have no desire to use it.
