it might be both,but thinking back when we did the brakes and bleed the brakes (replaced front calipers) the pedal did still go to the floor. little firm and then sunk. so its looking like the booster is the main problem.

got a chance to check the rear drums,did not see any since of a leak,pads and hardware were good.
