Title: I can't make out the engine VIN

I can make out the VIN on the car but I can't make the engine VIN stamping out.
Does anyone know what this is?

To me, it looks like it reads  - 27Y219072

thanx, but what does it decode to? I can't find these numbers on any 1977-79 403 anywhere.

2 is a Pontiac vehicle, 7 is 1977, Y is engine factory non Firebird, Wilmington, Delaware, 6-digit body number.
