Probably, but why not just replace it? They're cheap enough and still very plentiful. Probably cheaper in the long run just to replace it.

I tried to repair the front nose on my car which is made of the same material and it didnt work out.   I agree to just replace it which is what I did.

It looks like the little hickey in the back could be fixed easily enough, but I dunno about the rip in the side.  You'd have to find some way to hold the pieces together, otherwise wind resistance will be perpetually tearing at it as you drive it.  Just don't plan on using a bumper jack on it, though. 8) ;)

Now would be a great time to experiment to see if you can repair it. If it looks like doodoo when your done then go ahead and replace it. How much worse can it get?

Alot of questiuons like this can be answered by asking yourself a question....

"How much time and how much money will it take to repair the part compared to how much is it for a replacement part?"

If it will take alot of time to fix it and still be questionable, then why not replace it?  Especially in the case like this rear bumper.  You will spend hours trying to fix it and get it repaired, or you can spend about $50 to get a replacement.  Now, if it was a dash that cost $800 for a NOS one or $525 to have it professionally restored, then you time to fix a dash might be worth it.  So, weigh the cost between your time and money to fix it, or a simple money to replace.
