Hey all,

I recently got some 15x8 turbo wheels that I need to put sonera rubber on. I am a little confused because they actually measure out 9 inches. I wouldn't mind having a little more meat on the back either. Id love to hear some suggestions of size I should get!

When you have an 8" wide wheel, the measurement is from the tire bead seat that is inside the lip to the other tire bead seat. Measuring from the outside of the wheel lips is not the correct way to measure, so that's why you got 9".

The factory stock size was 225-70-15. Many people use 255-60-15, which is close to the same diameter as original, but wider. There are many other opinions on what sizes to use.

Thank you for clarifying that. I read a lot of post about snowflake 15x8's and wasn't sure if it would transfer over. I think I am going to go with 255-60-15 in all four corners.

Nice!  I recall the 265/50 front being recommended with a 295/50 rear but no one is making the 265/50 anymore. I could be wrong...haven't researched tires in awhile.
