How do I get a video to play directly off the forum screen?

If getting the vid from youtube there should be an embed address that you can post. If it's from photobucket you should just be able to post the img link I think. Then again last time I tried to post a video was when the forum was still the old format. It might be different now with the new format.

Actually, as I posted that I see if you scroll to the very bottom of the page in the center it says "
