AC without kickpanel doors
« on: October 14, 2007, 07:37:44 PM »
Hi all,
I have a RHD converted 78 Firebird and I'm in the process of refitting the original Air Conditioning setup. Due to the conversion the cowl vacuum flap and the vacuum flap in the RH kick panel are now no longer part of the direct air flow setup, the heater box and blower motor etc are now on the opposite side. Just trying to get my head around how this would affect things other than perhaps not being able to fully block out exterior air flow during AC use, or at least as far as the heater box doors.
