Got one.   Complete.  Not rusty, a mint part.   
There's 2 types, not a s#^* load, lmao not sure what they put on them in Australia.   Ya, YU, - same and a
W72.  Only diff is the air snorkel.   So 2 types for a. 400.  The 403 turd got a cutlass one.  Not sure on that, don't care.

Nobody said a "s#>* load"... the original post just said a 1978 air cleaner.  So AUS78Formula said "need more details because they are different based on engine,"   base 400, w72 & the olds 403... 3 different types.  So yes, details on which one is wanted are needed.

I posted "pontiac 400" since i talked to the guy & knew what he wanted, doesn't sound like he cares which version, just a 400 t/a air cleaner.

I apologize for just getting back with a reply. But I was out of town. I need an Air Cleaner Assembly for a Pontiac trans Am w/a 400. The snorkel needs to be oval and not round.
