78 - Convert a non-tilt wheel to a tilt wheel

I want to convert my 78 4-spd non-tilt to a tilt wheel. I found a good tilt wheel with a splined end. I do not know if it came out of a auto or 4-spd car.

I read on another post that the wiring is different though.

Is this swap possible?
