Kurt & I assembled the pistons and rods and fit all the rings for the 455 today. Filed the top to .022 and the 2nd ring at .018 Kurt’s little fingers did a great job with the spiro-loxs on the connecting rod pins. We will set the crank tomorrow night.

Sorry got to keep him working around the house as to get my moneys worth for the college education I’ll be paying for! :)

Its awesome your getting your son involved in this project so much. I only have a twelve year old daughter, and she has no interest in cars.  :(

That’s the best part about this project is the time that Kurt & I work together on it! Keep trying to work with your daughter she/you will find something that she likes about cars!
