How to find a member's gallery
« on: November 06, 2008, 08:59:58 PM »
When I was at Chevy Truck World ,you could click on the persons thumb on his post and it would take you to his or her's  gallery . Has this been thought about here ,or is it a tough thing to implement ?
Or maybe am I missing something?

Well, not everyone has a gallery.  Yes, there is a way that I could have linked it, but it was alot of work to set it up.  Not too many people use the Galleery.  I mean, there are 2,500 some members and only 144 (roughly) Galleries set-up.

I was wondering about that Brett ,and come to think of it ,I didn't  notice alot of galleries .
To me, it's half the fun having a gallery ,but each to his own I guess.

Thanks for the responce

Ya probably the first page or so . But I suspect the Guy's at the end like me don't get seen to often .
At Chevy Truck World your gallery would go to the  beggining when you posted a new pic . So it got alot of peoples attention ,as they new you had updated pic's  .

I'm not complaining here ,I just think they had a good idea is all.
Of course HitMan could rig it so his gallery would stay in the  number one spot  , considering it's his site and all lol

Yeah, and some of the galleries that get alot of traffic have nothing to do with cars and are pretty racey for this "Family" forum.   :-[

^^
Thank You Rick ,I gotta say the color has really grown on me . Actually more than I thought it would .
I would like to put a brand new base clear coat paint on it ,and keep it the same color . Hopefully I win the Lotto soon ,and can find a low mileage Blsck SE also .
I would love ot have both in a big garage ,then my life would be complete lol

I have shown it to a few friends, and they love the color too . Like one member mentioned here ,if you want a black trans am ,buy a black trans am .
I have also noticed they are fairly rare to ,I actually never seen one before mine . Too bad GM didn't keep records on the amount of blue trans am's in 78 ,it would have been interesting to know . I like the fact that it came with a black interior ,as I seen a few blue ones on E Bay that had the light blue interior .
If I could change one thing ,it would have been the tranny . I would have loved to have had the factory four speed standard ,but I am happy regardless
