My profile photo wont load

Im having a hard time uploading a picture from my computer to this website a message comes up saying it either took too long or could not be loaded.  It is just a standard JPEG image

Are you talking about a photo for your avatar?  If so, the Avatar size can be no larger than 100 pixels x 100 pixels.
