if you paid on your credit card, call your credit card company and tell them the situation and have the credit card company refund the credit. i've done that before on companies that are scams

Dispute the charge on your credit card, if that's how you paid.  Also, call the better business bureau...  If the BBB gets after most people they make it right.

Then again, you might find he's running a business (selling stuff and not really a business) and not paying taxes.  Then, that's a call to the IRS...

All other issues with Danko products aside, I wouldn't sweat this too much YET...they are known for working slowly and not returning calls/e-mails.

IIRC, it's a 2 person operation. I'm not saying this should be acceptable....just expected.
