Car is a 1981 Base model firebird, looks to be pretty solid and rust free.

The info he gives on the mtr does not jive.  My book in 1981 says 265 ci.

Yeah it should be the 265 V8, maybe the 267 is because of the Canadian Exchange Rate Not much info there in the ad but it might be worth taking a look at if it's clean.

I see this has a bonus to buying it. I like the trans am/formula gauge dash bezel and trans am/formula tail lights a plus in my book.

I would buy it, but probably offer $1500.00 because that is what the seller probably wants anyway.
