Title: 2010 POCI CONVENTION Charleston, West Virginia ~ July 6-10, 2010

I know Saratoga  is at the same time but thats a 11.5hr drive for me. and Charleston, West Virginia is only a 4.5hr drive.

any one going to the 2010 POCI CONVENTION

Hey Dave, I might see you out there if I don't go up to NY instead.  A couple folks from my local T/A club are going to the POCI show so now I'm torn between doing that or going to Saratoga.

That'll work for me, Bobby.  I guess that I'll find out through TTAC who's going and be on the lookout when we get there.

I'll be there from the 6th to the 11th.  Lori wants 2 days for shopping in the mall yaaaa  :P  its beside the hotel.

the truck , trailer and t/a is polished up and ready to head out about 9ish in the morn.
I'll post pics as the week go's .
We were going to drive the t/a but I'm making this a parts run to.  Looking for 77 parts.

ddmurdock,  congrats on the gold status WIN  I can only hope my 77 will be a nice as yours.   good job.
and congrats to all the TAC guys that received awards. it was good to meet you guys.

and am happy with my Distinguished Vehicle award ,  even with the tek line judging and cars being in there wrong class.
Like the 70-81 modified class with a 89 t/a getting the win.
being my first POCI national event I wasn't impressed at all.   it was my first time and may of been my last. 
it will be in Bowling Green Ky. next year.  we'll see  ???

It was a nice, some what disorganized show. I got one of those plaques too. Then, on the way back to the hotel from the show, I lost my brakes. Had to nurse the sick bird 3 blocks back to the hotel. Then, rent a U haul truclk and auto transport to get back home. Not fun at all.
