79 TA Seat belt buzzer cable location

I'm fixing up a 79 T/A I just bought...I noticed that my front seat belt is missing the buzzer cable.  Its not a big deal but I figure why not fix it.  The question I have is where does the cable plug under the dash?  Thanks

Its up high, single black conector, the two wires from seat belt go to dr. Side then forward, as it comes out of the sill cover, one side is screwed to ground, one wire goes up towards light switch and over and down to just in front of fuse box.
