79' TA - turn signal flash relay location?

Hi,

All the lights work but the turn signals do not
blink.
Where is the flash relay located?

Photos would be great.

On the fuse block, which is located under the dash

Is it the one on the upper left corner? 
There is a yellow looking relay sitting underneath
with a couple of wires connecting to it. What is that?
