Voltage regulator

Where do you find the voltage regulator on a '79 403 TATA?  Also could you post a pic of it.  We have been told it is going bad.  Thanks in advance!

It is internal to the alternator...not a separate unit as in older cars.
You would need to replace/rebuild the alternator.
