You're talking about body bumpers? Or bump stops, depending on your preference. You can get them from YearOne, NPD, Classic Industries, etc...

idk because all that came out was dust haha.  i feel like there should be something inbetween the control arms and the ends of the coil springs? shouldn't there be.  What are the diffrences betweeen body bumpers and bump stops.

There is nothing that goes between the control arm and spring. Up top in the frame they came with a rubber isolator. Many say you don't need the isolator and if you have one you can remove it to get a slight drop.

I have the Hotchkis springs in my 79 and they are a beefy spring. Half the height but the coils are way thicker than stock springs. My car is very stiff in the spring department but the ride is not all that harsh. My car actually has the entire Hotchkis suspension under it and you cannot even compare it to my dad's stock 79. It is a totally different car.

Good to know, LilSki. I just ordered my Hotchkis springs. I had Hotchkis 1" drop springs on my '95 TA and I was impressed with them as well. I can't wait to see what they do for a second gen!

Kevin...You may have answered this before but I can't find it.  What size tired do you have?  You car looks great.
I have the Pro-Touring F-Body GT kit on my car and love the stance.  I really like the way your sits with the YO rims.  I am really thinking about going that way.  Once I get my engine finished and these tires worn down I am going to have an excuse to get them, haha.

When I talked to Dave he said his GT kit is much like the Hotchkis kit. I wish I knew about him when I originally bought my setup but Hotchkis makes a nice product. I just got my tubular lower control arms from Dave last week and can't wait to get them in!

My tires are BFG G-Force Sport 255/45/17 all the way around. It is hard to get a picture of the stance at my parents due to the uneven ground. But when it is on level ground it sits perfectly level now. It came down almost an inch in the front since I started driving the car. I have about 400 miles on it now.

I would use the isolaters just for that reason.
