Posted this several days ago. I narrowed this down and have a little more info hoping someone can provide troubleshooting suggestions.
Wires shorted at the wiper switch connector. Headlight wires did not short. It is my understanding that the wiper motor is wired 12V while the switch completes the ground for the desired motor/washer circuit(s). Current apparently backfed through the grounded side of the circuit which explains why the fuse did not blow.
Any ideas what to look for? The junction block? Wiper motor? Relay? Thanks again.
