new to the forums.  Been a TA owner sine my mid 20's.
had a '79 Ta with the 403 Olds, and a '81 TA - both black with gold bird.
due to children entering our lives, we had to sell them.  18 years later I am back and my wife and I bought a 2002 firebird.

it was a plane jane, but over the past few months, we got her some new shoes, and a "nose job"

what ya all think?

that's awesome. I've gota 78 i'm in the process of redoing. got her driving daily just doing small things till I can save up for a big restore. wanna do an 02 afterwards. Very nice on yours man.

What decal did you use? Was it hard to get put on that hood?

we bought it off Ebay.  its a bird for a '73 TA.  we had the size altered to fit the hood.

I have a friend, who does decals and striping for all the local body shops in the area, put mine on.  on a scale from 1-10 (10 being hardest) he gave it an 8 or so.  it was challenging, but he did it in about 2 hrs.
