Finaly got my wheels done.  I think they came out good.

Wheels were like that they have never been to the shop.  I figure once I get the motor running the tires are going to get fryed off any way!

good point hammer. i was going to comment on that as well.    actually i am still going to comment on it...    ;D


not only do the weights look bad on the out side, if you dont get them removed soon the lead of the weight will start to corrode the aluminum of the rim & leave a dark spot that is very hard to polish out.   

plus you mentioned that is how they always were, you should remove it now yourself & polish behind the weight to match the rest of the rim. it should go back on in the same spot very easily untill you can get them rebalanced.

they look goood though.

Good point there is only one I just took it off and polished up behind!  I had all day yesterday and never thought of that!
