Antique store score!!

Went into one of those little knick-knack type store today to do some Christmas shopping. As usual all I ended up buying was things for myself.  ;D

Found this little gem hiding under a bunch of crap. barely saw the corner of the nose sticking out and did the old mad scramble to dig it out of it's headless Barbie tomb. I just figured it was an old toy and for $5 I had to get it. The wheels are missing and the tail section was coming off but it still looks cool. I was going to epoxy the tail piece back on when I got home till I read the bottom and realized it is one of those old Ezra Brooks whiskey bottle things. Not something ya see everyday. Anyways here are the pics., thought you might enjoy.













Also spent about 45 minutes digging through a gigantic basket full of Hotwheels and Matchbox cars to find one Firebird. Time well spent!!!

WOW nice find there, haven't seen one of these before. Did it have any Whisky left in it?

I have an extra set of Pace Car turbo rims but I don't think you'll have any luck getting them to fit. Cool finds!!!

Nope, no whiskey left in it. Must have been a while since it didn't even have a good smell inside it.

4SPEED- Yup, Thailand on the bottom. Any significance in that or is that just where they make them all now a days?

80INDY- Ya, they might be just a tad on the big side for this one. Close...but not quite. haha
