here is pretty much how it sits right now. last week the wife and i were looking at getting a new car when she said "lets finish the firebird and drive that it would be way cooler", so the plan is to make it a daily driver so i made a big order to summit and a few things from Fbodywarehmost. I got most of it this Friday.

Here is some info on the motor in case any was wondering. 400 cleaned up with a hone stock bottom end, deburred block, ported the heads, filled crossovers, milled .040, cam is summit 2801, Holley street dom. intake, summit long tube headers, not installed but just ordered is a Mallory ignition setup 42 s/s dizzy cd box and coil.

Nice to see you didn't give up. It's looking a lot better now! Have you decided what wheels you are going with?

After all that, your in the home stretch.  Money can by the best, but blood and sweat to me is so much more awarding.

I know its been a while again you know life and such ::) no unfortunately its not burning the rubber yet, early this summer it will. but I have still been working on it a little, just about to start the last go at it. ill be sending it off for some body work and be painting it this spring. here is some of the progress... also installed an AGR 12.1 steering box with everything else in the steering system with new. sub frame connectors, anything that was rubber on the car has been replaced, new front fenders, fascia, core support, pass. quarter. up next is 2004r and rear end rebuild with 373s, ws6 snowflakes and last i will be putting centrifugal supercharger on it.
