I love the dash you made for that, very clean, not too big a fan of the gauges in the console though.

I agree with Rick, that is a bodacious car and would have easily won this year.

Wow......your T/A is looking better & better. I have not done much with mine lately, started it up the other day to charge the battery. Here's a quick video. http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=r1eoeq&s=3

Thanks. I havn't done a lot to it this summer. Just a few small things. I'm getting ready now to tear it down. I'm going to be installing a 500 style steering box with a Type II PS pump. Then I'm going to be redoing the complete exhaust again for the third time. Theres no room under the car for mufflers so I'm forced to run the Supertrapps out back. The Super trapps don't flow enough so there going away. I'm going to pull the interior cut out the floor run a new exhaust and build a new floor around it.
Heres a video I made a few weeks ago before I put it to bed.

Hammer, you know that Tracey's car started out like yours, right?  A 76 LE ;)  With maybe a mod or two.  Nothing too EXTREME ;D
I am absolutely fascinated by his car and all the creativity that went into it.  Have been ever since he first posted pics at TAC.

Wow, thanks guys, I knew people liked it but I had no ideal how much. I am honored for the Foose reference Hammer. That means a lot and makes all the hard work worth doing.
I didn't have a clue that my car was anything special when I first bought it. I don't think the guy I got it from knew either and he owned it since 1983. There were only a couple tell tale signs of what it was when I first got it but I never thought anything of it. When I was about half way through the project I found out what it is. I thought about putting it back to stock but it was to far gone at that point in time. But now it has taken on a whole new life. I think it's happy now.
Hammer your welcome to a ride in it anytime.  If all goes as planned I'm hoping to have it at the Nats this year. I have some stuff that needs to get finished yet. Like the roof for one. I have a few more things I'm planning on doing this winter.
Theres so much more I have planned for it but it all takes time.

I am planning on taking it to every show I can. I havn't mapped them all out yet since I'm not sure when they all are yet.
I would have taken it out a lot more this year. But the day of the Saratoga show it was pouring at my house. I waited around till 10:00am and it never slowed down so I just drove up to check out the show.
The car club I'm in ARK goes to Syracuse everyyear for a couple of days. This year I wanted to take it up but being it was going to be a couple of days I didn't want to chance it.
In March it's going in to have a Targa top made. So if I'm at a show at least I can close it up and not have a flooded car.
So hopefully I can catch up to some of you guys this year.
