ok, true. I paid 600 for a no title t/a . it had good fenders , ok doors , nice seats and dash and so on. quarters bad and holes in the floor and the back tail panel was trash. I put the car on eBay for 2 week. my reserve was 800.00 , no bids over 400 on it. tons of emails for parts. the parts sold for over 2000 and scrapped the rest when the price of scrap was high last year. keep in mind it is very hard to get a title in Ohio. you just cant go to the BMV and get a new one. and if it's a out of state car for get it. got to go to the court house do a bunch of paper work. pay for a title search. contact that person. mail some papers to them to sign ( if they do it) ( if they have the same phone #) get all the papers back, go stand in front of a judge and get him to sign the papers then you can send the papers to Columbus Oh. to the BMV and wait 8 to 10 week for your title. heck with all that.
