my car is having a no spark problem... i replaced the ignition module, and had a second col on hand... when the ignition is on, the volts read 12 but when it tries to start they go down to 9.6 with no spark... any ideas would be great, ive been working constantly on it and was gonna route the ignotion wire to see if i have a bad ground somewhere or maybe arching...
