fought through the pain and went over to see if it would work. i need to find a constent power source. right now its on a wire that was wired when i think the cb radio was installed? so its got power when the car is on. and bam the cd player fired right up and to my suprise the speakers still sounded alright for being 31 years old. not to bad
still waitng for the map pocket adapter to come hopfully it will be here monday.

not the best wiring job but it works

Good choice of the Sony black face radio, since it's stealth when it's not turned on. I have a similar older model.

The last songs I bought online were at Napster.com . They are .99 each. A couple years ago, I bought a new stereo with a USB port on the front. That way you can load songs from your computer onto an inexpensive and small thumb drive, plug the drive into the radio and play your songs.

picture after/during the snow storm. i know i feel bad for not getting it in storage. i have been really busy at work and jury duty i did not get a chance to set up the storage unit (portable one connects to car port) and we used up all the covers on my sisters stuff when she moved to her new place.

any tips on getting a stuck antenna down would also be very helpful, my dad bought a new car cover to use but the car cover will not go on all the way
