What is a Pontiac 400 worth

Thinking about selling my motor and going a new direction... Maybe. What is a fair asking/selling price for a 79 400 with 670 heads? It has a little under 9k miles on the build. Trw pistons +.030, Comp cam, edelbrock intake, Holley carb. I would be selling it carb to pan with everything on it.
